Sneak Peak

Have a look at all the activities planned for this year's Yuva Utthan Shivir

Yoga  & Pranayam:

  • Vibrant health, and peaceful mind seems surreal in contemporary times. Nonetheless, we try to cultivate this practice from an early age during this camp in these 7 days, with a module to be practised later at home, so that this becomes an habit and later a culture which will serve self and society in umpteen ways.

Community Service:

  • Help us in understand our responsibilities and simplify living in a family as well as community.

  • Social etiquettes which are to be followed while living in a society

  • Having a non-discriminative approach towards all walks of life, and value the inner person more than the colour and profession.

Philosophy & Meditation Sessions:

  • Learn the basics of time, creation - evolution, religions, scriptures, darshan shastra, nature of brahm, jeev, & maya with a deeper understanding of India's role as spiritual ambassador to the world.

  • The knowledge and meditation practices provides us with inner strength, patience, tolerance, vigor, confidence, power to make decisions for a modern teen who is filled with fear, tension, anger, defensive attitude leading to stress and societal upbringing.
